All Sales Final – No Returns or Exchanges

All purchases from Rivayat by Iqra Khan are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

If you have a concern regarding your order — such as a damaged or defective item — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rivayatbyiqra@gmail.com with the following:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We review all concerns on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right. Please note that concerns submitted without photos cannot be considered.
